Speaking of nutrition, the Paleo Potluck was a huge success and SO MUCH FUN!!! Thank you to Roselena R. and her adorable husband, Seth, for hosting, and thank you for so many MPH members and significant others/friends coming out for the evening. The food was fantastic- we expect many recipes to be added to the Paleo Forum under the Nutrition and Enrichment tab.

This is also a great time to remind folks that Sakar P. and I moderate a separate, private, paleo blog for any MPH members who wish to share their food journals, thoughts, and recipes. If you are interested in learning more about this or want to start logging your food journals with us, email me at ivy.lange@gmail.com. The “Paleo Eaters Anonymous” blog is a private blog, so your personal food information will not be publically available.

P.s. new rule: next time, coaches are exempt from bringing food. You do enough for us. There’s no need for you to stress out in the kitchen, too. 🙂

P.p.s. RICKY, you are in the dog house for bringing that scotch and getting my husband hammered.

Iron-Chef Roselena and Seth- Thank you so much for welcoming us into your beautiful home. It was great to see everyone and have time (and enough breath) to talk to everyone.

    p.s. I’m sad I missed the scotch sh!t show.

Yes, big thank you to Roselena and Seth for hosting the Potluck. And thanks to everyone for bringing many, many fantastic dishes. I think I managed to go back for fourths. Good stuff.

    5 x (15 thrusters @ 20# dumbbells; 30 fitness-ball crunches; 5 handstand pushups/holds). time: 12:48. (HSPUs were really rather sad).
