    To all the supporters out there for the kind words, and everyone who has come in to Westend Bistro to get some grub, I’d like to say thanks. We were crazy busy last month and the press is great, but more than anything I like to see people I know in chowin’ down and having a good time. It does mean the world to me. I look forward to seeing you all in at some point. Thanks again for all the support!

      Just made a reservation for Wed. at 7:15 for 4 and requested to be seated at the pass-through. Looking forward to it. It better be good, or Jeff W. is going to be doing burpees in the kitchen 🙂

    If anyone is interested Jen and I decided to go to Vegas over Easter weekend to uh…well…um….tryyyy out CrossFit Las Vegas….yeahhhhh….thats it! Ok, maybe for a couple other reasons too. If anyone is interested in joining just let me know.

    Also, anyone interested starting up a regular “unoffical” CrossFit MPH happy hours?

      We can serve mead. To my knowledge, it is the only possibly paleo alcoholic beverage. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mead

    TOUGH MUDDER UPDATE!

    Team CrossFit MPH now has nine members!
    If you would like to sign up go here: http://toughmudder.com/events/bear-creek/
    Register as a member of a team of 11-20 people, then as a member of team CrossFit MPH, which will appear in the drop-down menu a couple pages into the registration process.
    About 3000 of the expected 5000 mudders have registered by now and the event is May 2. Don’t miss out- register early!
