    Jeff W,

    From afar over the past two weeks I have been watching your numbers with interest. Think of me as a Crossfit scout looking for that certain athlete who demonstrates character and potential. Let’s just say that I am ready to sign you for a multi-year contract. You are really breaking through all of a sudden…kinda like you figured out how to throw a 90 mile-an-hour inside breaking pitch!

    While it pains me not to promote myself here (as is usual), I must throw in my vote for you as the most impressive improvement as of late.
