Frustrating not being able to do this now that my 10 lb weight restriction has been lifted, but nothing to thrust (go ahead MC or T) and no pullup bar at the lovely Holiday Inn Express in Sacramento, so did 10 rounds of 10X push, sit and squat – 13:54.
