    I have 4 extra tickets in the box for Wednesday nights game against the cry baby’s from Pittsburgh. Anyone, with the exception of a Penguins fan (and we know who that one person is…unless she has come to her senses), is welcome. First holler out gets em…but only holler if you are sure that you can come. (And let me know how many of the four you need).

    Frustrating not being able to do this now that my 10 lb weight restriction has been lifted, but nothing to thrust (go ahead MC or T) and no pullup bar at the lovely Holiday Inn Express in Sacramento, so did 10 rounds of 10X push, sit and squat – 13:54.

    FYI…The sectional schedule has been released on the games site (still no WODs, though). It also gives info on parking and provides a map of the location.
