Great job today everyone. You all rocked!!
Gang,
Today’s been a great day—too much to get down in this small space.
We’ll reflect next week, but for now, there’s more work to do tomorrow.
Take a look at Sean’s link to view results (thanks, Sean!).

Amazing day. On top of everything else, John’s recent essay is featured today on the affilate page of the main site! Congratulations!

Thanks Rob,
Rob—a 30-lb. PR on your clean and jerk today. 30 pounds and 20 percent. Outstanding.
John
Thanks. Couldn’t have done it without you, and everybody else cheering!
So much to say – but, since I am posting while driving 90mph to make up for the time lost in not wanting to leave, I will say only this one thing:
Meg, those 21 clean and jerks may have been the sexiest thing I have ever seen a woman do. I am so glad I didn’t wear my super tight jeans today.
Congratulations everyone! Crossfit MPH made an incredible showing today. You guys definitely rock. Good luck tomorrow!
It was a joy to watch! Thanks for such a fun day!
Teal
You guys look look awesome. Truly an inspiration.
