    Honestly, after seeing him tear through the workouts, I think he was just bored. Maybe he was thinking about a sandwich or nap. Can’t say for sure.

    we tried to sub pullups for the muscle-ups but jen was having flashbacks of the globo where the only pullup bar is blocked by the cable exercises

    also, witnessed a guy doing bicep curls while standing on one of those half-bosu balls. awesome.
