StuLu, are you ok? Did you already make the switch to Under Armour (if so, great move, by the way)?
Apparently, Mel went into your favorite P Street merchant on Saturday, and do you know who the nice ladies over there were gushing over? Wait for it… … …Ralph. That’s right. “Captain XOXO”, or the nickname we’ve recently taken to, “Hillary” himself.
I’m worried about you, my friend. I’m worried for us.
John
Dear Ralph,
XOXO in the alley behind P St. You and me. 9:00AM tomorrow. Wear your Capris. Head to head pectoral flexing, maximum reps wins all and the loser must stand down with the girls of LuLu.
There is only room for one StuLu in this town and you can kiss and love all you want but I will not give way to your territorial encroachment.
Spectators allowed.

Just a heads up, as Sean pursues all things porcine. I’m competeing in an event called Cochon555 at the Ritz on May 2nd. 5 chefs, 5 pigs, 5 winemakers, winner moves onto the “Grand Cochon” in Aspen. Great group of guys and talented chefs (I snuck in) doing it. Check out cochon555.com for info and tickets if anyone is interested. Should be paleo-tastic!
Joe, this looks awesome and delicious!
Ouch – would absolutely love to come, but I’ll be running through the mud up in Allentown. Keep us in the loop for similar type of events!
Joe that sounds AWESOME! You know if you want some feedback on some of the tests recipes to prepare for the competition…
“What would be the translation for *gurgle* ah transcendent?”
Joe, that sounds wonderful! I think I’ll be there. If anyone wants to go together, let me know-

T – I think Sean and I are going to go too.
Speaking of our own talented chefs – check out what I found this morning when reading my friends blog..
