    Ran a 5K for work this morning. 30:37. I’ll take it, but was hoping to be faster since I pushed pretty hard throughout. There were a couple of hills too.

    However, I looked my Dec 09 Jingle Bell time which was a flat 10k. 64:02 total time. 10:19 pace. 34:28 at the 5K.

    So I’d say I made some gains. Looking forward to the workshop.
