John, Mel, BK–that was great coaching today. you could have just said, “your times from last week sucked, do better.” but you went beyond that and came up with a strategy for us to achieve it, and the results speak for themselves. thanks.
Agreed. The coaching was great this morning. I felt awful coming in this morning, but the race plan and the coaching still helped me shave a few seconds off of last week. So thanks! And once I feel my legs again, I will be very excited.
I agree, I think the coaching today was awesome! It really helped me to not only have a specific goal to aim for today, but it gave me a way to interpret my results so that I will know exactly what part of the 2,000 I really need to focus on for next time. Thanks again coaches, you all rock.
Great morning 6AM.
Thank you coach’s you hard work to break the workout down for us all made a huge difference. I promise next time not to have gone out the night before to celebrate a friends birthday with Tequilla. At least that part of the night was paleo. Thank you for making CrossFit MPH the best.
xoxo
Seriously? That’s just mean.
Commend yesterday’s link to the “That Which Doesn’t Kill Me…” article to everyone who experienced today’s WOD (as well as the sleep articles).
I did #3 on Mel’s gym-less workouts. 25 painful minutes, which I blame on the jetlag. Just arrived in Istanbul yesterday. Derek B.
Way to stay strong, Derek!

8:59 at WSC silver spring – schedule is random this week, sorry I missed the planning and coaching – I know I can do better

In case anybody missed it, they announced the location of the Crossfit Games. It looks really sweet.

I am SO pissed I added 7 seconds to my time. Shouldn’t have done that demo at the beginning…
This is what I am going to be thinking about all day: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cY6QGq8TCW0
But thank you for getting me through the last 250, John!

Where’s the “Like” button?
Someone’s going to have to explain that reference to John. He’s too adult for Facebook.
Kids today. “Spacebook” this, “Myface” that, “Face-space” the other.
