    I am thinking about what John said once about how your back will feel after WOD like today. Following his advice and sitting and standing very straight. Can’t wait to see what is in store for us all.

    Well, I knew the inaugural picture had to happen sometime. Just one question … do we have some sort of mysterious MPH camera elf lurking about because I’ve never seen said camera during a workout. I’m suspicious.

    Diane, the WOD I’ve been waiting for for so long, and it happens the day i can’t come in. on a somewhat high note, ran the ACLI 5k this a.m in 20:59. anyone else run in it?

      Besides, I’m thinking about getting a Motorola StarTAC this time. Maybe I’ll get one of those old school phones with the 10-foot curly cord. Even better, a rotary phone…
