      Thanks Stulu, the big ole’ kettlebell was harder for me (weight = 1 Jess in the MPH standard units of measurement). But I thought this was a fun workout. I hadn’t done KB snatches in a while.

        I think I’m going to program all workouts in accordance with this morning’s new unit of measurement. Maybe I’ll have B-kay amend the PR list and box records, too. Dave R. now overhead squats 3.5x Jess, or one Hugus.

    Spent the day at Ocean City CrossFit…..

    It was a great group of people in a large facility. Apparently, my 8:45 class was crowded. There were 10 people in the space 8 times as big as ours. Funny. I’ll be there again tomorrow.
