      One of many CrossFit milestones for you. New doors have now been opened both physically and psychologically! I mean really, how many women do you work with who can do chins? Awesome!

      65-70-75-70-70 I chickened out at 75 because I was concerned about form. The push press was very hard for me at that weight.
