    A very dark place this morning!!! Thank you BK and John for getting us all to a place that none of wanted to be. It says lots about the you all as coach’s that we all made the best of it and had great laughs through it all. Not a comfort zone morning.

    Yes. I should have known better than to look at a WOD and think ‘oh. that’s not so bad’ (I also did that on the 10 200 m sprints.)

    I think my suggested t-shirt sloan/tag is still relevant. “Always hard.” haha. maybe make that “Crossfit. Always hard” for the kids.

    I have some friends who complain about not having a good “ab routine” I will be bringing this to them.

      I normally felt the abs routine a little lower… Exactly where the back end, and the butt start… so, I will suggest for a t-shirt slogan MPH will make you tape your ass… Next time, president of TAC, you need to do a tutorial about the taping thing!

    attn fellow ass rashers:
    the hollow rock and situp teamed up to turn my butt into hamburger today- very frustrating.
    have any of you tried bodyglide, vaseline or some other lubricant to prevent “the rash”?
    next time, i’m lubing up. stay tuned.

    Well Steve, I did put something like anti chafe glide, and I can tell you! didn’t work! So, I am walking my newly 41 with not only my abs in pain, but my butt transformed in a meatball!
