    10x double under with misses for me.

    also, John, this is NOT the easiest CrossFit workout. Not for me anyway. But again another day where I felt “in” it, committed and happy with my effort.

    On an unrelated note, does anybody know of a place to play moderately competitive pickup soccer or beach/indoor volleyball?
