A well-deserved, hard-earned note of congratulations is due to Tamra and Kris. Both have been working to improve their one-rep max squat with extra sessions and some additional, focused training, and both achieved their numbers this morning (see above).
We set their targets at the beginning of the Spring for this, the first week of Summer, and they delivered.
