That was amazing; the perfect effort by Christy, and perfectly planned/coached by Mel.

      CP’s on the move—up.

And still with very little fanfare. Don’t sleep on CP.

I was thinking that if I had done that sandbag WOD my day would have ended both quickly and painfully at the point where you had to scale the wall.

Further, I am not an engineer or anything – but would someone please retire the wheelbarrow from modern society? Have we not evolved to the point of having four wheels that can rotate?

What an athlete you are Christy…an awe inspiring performance thus far – and your doing it all in nicely coordinated (and colorful) outfits that are sans those horrible long black socky things. LuLu approves! Keep plugging…you are the quiet storm that will wreak havoc in the end. A beautifully coordinated havoc.

    StuLu – O.K., I’ll leave now already…

Only 1 pt. separating Christy from the third place spot, and only 7 from second place, and 17 from the top spot. Anything is still possible.

Way to go, Christy! You’re doing an AMAZING job. (P.S. it’s awesome that the announcers think your HSPU performance was “berserk”!)

On another note, I think I am going to officially begin training for the Masters Crossfit competition. I have two years to go before I am eligible…training starts tomorrow.

Final event: Competitors go into an isolation room without coaches, get 30 seconds to be briefed on the first workout before it starts- then they do the workout, go back into isolation, and get another 30 second briefing on the next workout, then the same for the third workout. Essentially it’s 3 workouts, scored as one big one since there is so little time between them. No phones, no coaches, just the athletes running out onto the floor to do whatever it is.
