    RE: hand care

I use this thing to shave my calluses. its like a little curved razor blade with a guard so you dont cut too deep. and when you are done with it, you have a pile of neat little flesh dimes.

Thanks, Steve. The link is good and working.

If anyone missed my note yesterday, we just ordered two, 50-yard rolls of 40-grit aluminum oxide sandpaper. When it gets here, you’re welcome to simply take what you need, soak your hands in warm water (or shower) for about 15 minutes, and have at it.

Just like tape, we’ll keep a running supply of this stuff for whenever you need it.

      John

I have personally found that my hands tear a lot more when I use chalk, so that is something to keep in mind. Not surprisingly, getting better at technique works wonders as well.

In terms of maintenance, I have a “ped-egg.” It has the “cheese grater” gauge and the “sandpaper” gauge similar to what Ted posted yesterday.

Speaking of Ted, keep him in your thoughts today as he goes in for knee surgery. Get well soon, Ted!
