    ***********BEEF UPDATE****************

    All

    It looks like delivery of our grass fed beef is going to be August 21st. The cows are heading off to slaughter today.

    Mary said they can bring orders directly to the gym again. All the portions will be pre-broken down in boxes based on your order. Exact time is going to be TBD, but should be around the 11-12 time frame.

        sadly, I not only dnf’ed, but I dnf’ed with a blue band, not a red band as advertised. Next time I’ll F with a red band.

      Joe – 3 minutes off your last time on a short workout. Big jumps for Borja and Caitlin as well. Josh, Sean and Jess finishing as prescribed. Great work all.

          Congrats to Dave O as well. A 2 minute time improvement from a year ago. Next time Dave you’re going to destroy the 12 min time cap. Jackie is scared 🙂

            Four pull ups from finishing…No excuses from me…I just needed to go harder. (Ok ok, I hear the “that’s what she said” remarks). I am pleased that I shaved at least 2 minutes, but we’ll never know for sure because I need to finish.

            I was inspired by your performance Caitlin…you showed me what it takes to get it done. Jackie, I will own you next time.

    Not 100% there with the mind…but a lot better attitude than “The Auctioneer” workout last month. I’m moving thrusters to the #2 most hated exercises right behind burpees. Thanks Coach for saying those 3 letters to me and nothing else, couldn’t have said anything better. And CP, I’m not sure if you were talking to me but you were the only voice getting thru to my head towards the end. Thanks to the whole nooner gang as well– always a motivator seeing your great athletic performances.

    I recall my theory on wanting to join a box awhile ago. I felt it was everything that I sucked at (core, chest, etc…) and I wanted to embrace these aspects. So I embrace you, Mr. burpee and thruster. I hate you…but from now on, I look forward to seeing you in the WODs so that one day soon I will conquer you.

      Great attitude, Joe! I have such anguish at not finishing this workout in 12 minutes! There are no excuses for that. Jackie- I’ll get you next time. (gives the evil eye)

    Yea on the cow delivery! If they have any cow hooves, I’ll take them for my dog to chew on. I will be out of town that day but will have someone come and pay and pick it up on the 21st. Thanks!
