    I was on my way home from the gym this morning, driving down route 66, when traffic slowed and a metro train passed by. On the side of several of the metro cars was an advertisement for something called the “Fitflop”. According to the advertisement it is “The flip flop with the built in gym”.

    It never ceases to amaze me the heights, or maybe I should say the depths, of ridiculousness we will go.

    To steal a phrase from the MPH God, “I will now light myself on fire”.
