    My pecs are so not happening right now…they have gone limp by the site of this grand specimen of fitness. “Master” my ass (figuratively, of course)…DaveO is the end-all-be-all of true greatness. I needed this today…not getting much inspiration on the CF Home front (may you all appreciate just how good you have it at MPH)…alas, now I have a trophy to aim for.

    I am going to ask Hana if I can craft this picture into a poster and place it on the wall by my chair next to my vintage Farah Fawcett and Andy Gibb posters.

    DaveO: You are the man…48 is the new 28 in your world and your pecs are the bounty of hard work and good living.

    Congratulations, Katie and Holmes!! Awesome!!

    Thanks for the kind words folks. Two and a half years ago I drank the Crossfit Koolade and never looked back. Shortly afterward I drank the Paleo Koolade and never looked back. I am living the dream and I will forever promote the slogan: Body by Crossfit (MPH), powered by Paleo.
