My total time was something like 12:05, for the record…. I remember because I spent at least a half a minute cheering on Drew (who I left in the dust at the rowing machines…).
when you guys said “half with the band” i thought 25 without the band and 25 with the band. i’ve proven time and time again that my mental capacity is quite low, but perhaps others might be confused as well?
Of course, ralphgb, that was after you were left in the dust on the 500m…
But truly, great effort from everyone today. That was brutal.

Normally, when I see a workout that has burpees, I am happy because I’m weird and kind of like doing them. About halfway through today’s burpees, I changed my mind. Thanks for making me want to puke. And I mean that from the bottom of my cold dead heart.

I don’t think that’s the right time for me – it was somewhere around 11:20 maybe? I know I was cheering Chad on for his last 10 burpees right after I finished
