This Saturday, August 28, we will conduct one workout, the CrossFit Total Massacre from 8a-12p. Combining the best of January’s overwhelmingly popular “CrossFit Total” and February’s…unexpected “MPH Valentine’s Day Massacre” this will be a contest of Guys v. Gals, winner take all, round two…

  • This class is loaded in MINDBODY, and it is uncapped and open to every MPH athlete that wants to participate.
  • However, so that we may plan appropriately and provide a comfortable and efficient experience for everyone, registration for this extended session will close at 5p today. We look forward to seeing you there!
