Welcome back MPH! Unfortunately, I have jury duty today (and possibly the next few days). So I won’t be able to make it in for the 12 WOD. I’ll try to stop by for one of the night classes.

    Jury duty sucks, sorry man.

Separately to the 7am class: I fucked around with the chalk too long today, costing me precious M-ups. Please, if you see me doing that again, I invite you to ask me WTF I am doing.

      Notes for today:
      -3x strict pull-up = 1x muscle-up

WSJ has an article on the importance of rest, and the risks of over-training, in endurance training

Congratulations Joe F., for your first muscle-ups.

Quick score update for those keeping it (and I know at least one guy is) — Joe 4, ChuderFace 1.

It’s about time he answered my muscle-up from a month ago! See ya at 5 for my rebuttal.

Nice, Joe! Congrats. You earned that.
