    🙂 Thanks for the great coaching today! You made a believer out of me with the hip opening deep squat exercise and hip mobility work.

    Also, a little birdy told me Christine and David S. are registered at Target for their baby (due in the next 10 days or so)!

    I just hope someone got a picture of “I’m due any day now” Christine doing pull-ups this morning. Impressive — and a major bragging point. It could even be on a new MPH t-shirt. “Pregnant? Pull-ups? No problem.”
