Thanks to Teal for the support this morning with partner-assisted pull-ups. One day I will conquer Big Red, but until then I could use the help. Thank you!!!!

    In funny-but-actually-not-a-joke-news: http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/09/14/a-new-name-for-high-fructose-corn-syrup/?ref=health.

    MC, you can stop this—right?

This is so confusing to me. I thought they originally went with “high fructose corn syrup” because they wanted to confuse the customer, so we wouldn’t know it sugar. But now, they want us to know that it’s sugar? I just don’t understand…

I don’t know if I can save people from themselves John. There are a lot of people that don’t care what’s on the label now. There are those that think they are making a better choice by using sugar in the raw or rice sugar.

Sugar is a sugar is a sugar.

My favorite quote (and by favorite I mean it makes me want to punch something) : “I’m not eager to help the corn refiners sell more of their stuff,” Dr. Nestle wrote in an e-mail. “But you have to feel sorry for them”
