    everyone in the 7 a.m. — a big thanks for the encouragement…this was one of the few WODs where I doubted I’d be able to finish, and surely I wouldn’t have without you guys cheering me on. so thanks again!

    After 3 days of intense work in NY, I really missed the gym… I came happy and prepare to work hard this morning… However, I have to say that the towel I put on the floor didn´t help at all this time!!! My bottom feels like it is on fire!!! 🙁
