      Sweet Jeebus. For the conspiracy theorist, and for the last time, there is no (designed) bodyrow/pull-up relationship. None. I wish it were that simple—I really do.

      But, you know, there may be an attempt-to-guess-workout and “Filthy Fifty” relationship. It’s 12p today, right, Steve?

        i have never done filthy fifty; it keeps coming up on rest days or when i’m out of town… maybe i need to start guessing???

    This may be my first workout with weights as prescribed! This was a decent showing for me, especially after my performance yesterday. Thank you coaches for support today.
