I just read the shirt blurb–which sheds light on this morning’s exchange. Thank you! John, Mel and BK–you set the bar for our efforts with the devotion you show us.
I’m excited to see the list, as there are so many athletes which make a monumental effort, and certainly reap the benefits. That commitment to progress keeps me interested in waddling my ass to the box each day.
