Final marathon preparation. Yesterday morning’s track workout: 5x one-mile run, with eight minutes of rest between runs.

    I cant remember the last time i was this sore. i cant walk, sit, stand, squat, lay down or move around. I couldn’t even breathe deeply at work last night- had about 2/3 my normal capacity. It was very obvious (only to me) on big loud long notes.
    I need to get me some more religion asap- there is simply no substitute for high rep heavy squats. (i know, i know- 180 is not heavy)
