You know who else was rocking the F-lite 230’s? Mikko yesterday and Chris Spea_ the weekend before.
Color me intrigued.
I’ve been thinking that’s my next pair of kicks.
Anyone other than Neil rockin’ them? What are the pros/cons?
Neil – I have excluded you because “they’re bright blue” tells me nothing about whether I want to WOD in them 🙂
don’t worry neil, the fact that they’re bright pink is at least half the reason i picked the particular olympic lifting shoes i have 🙂
The 220s and 230s are “ideal for crossfit,” according to Inov-8 website.
They also seem light enough where I won’t feel the need to take them off during pullups.
I highly recommend Inov-8s, Mike. I have used my pair of 230s for running (only) since January, and I recently got a pair of 195s for WODs.
Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure they only make five pairs of shoes at a time. Almost every vendor is back-ordered.

My only concern with the Inov-8 is that I’ll hate them for barbell workouts. Do they get crushed if you C&J in them? Since switching to the chuck-taylor style kicks, dunno if I can go back now…
