Good luck in the Hopper guys!
Yes- good luck – it’s hard to find definitive spectator information on the Facebook page – it looks like it is at CrossFit BWI both Saturday and Sunday? A
I didn’t see much by way of a schedule for the Hopper this weekend on the Facebook page. What is the suggestion as a good time to show up?
Ted, I think that’s right. I spent a little too much time on their FB page this morning, and found out the following:
– they will go until about 6 on Saturday, not as late on Sunday
– every athlete will compete both days
– $20 fee for spectators for the weekend; you can pay at the door
I can’t go on Saturday, but might try to go up on Sunday morning. If anyone wants to carpool, let me know.
Good luck, athletes!

Inov-8 question: if ordering online, would you recommend getting 1/2 size larger than normal shoe size? That’s a recommendation I have heard when buying traditional running shoes in order to accommodate your feet swelling. But, we don’t do all that much traditional running. . .
Also, the 195’s Jen mentioned in her comment yesterday, are those primarily for running wods or can they be any wod shoes?
Ivy,
Feet only swell a) when running incorrectly, and b) when running incorrectly over very long distances.
Mel, BK and I wear our Inov-8s for all workouts. That’s why we use them—they’re a one-shoe-fits-all for workouts.
