The noon class today was a throwback to the days at Globo when it was just me and a friend who would work out together. I guess the rain or fear of tabata deadlifts kept others away. I have to say that I don’t miss…*thinking, thinking*…anything about working out at the Globo. I will take personal attention at the MPH box any day over the strange stares, funny smells, and awful music selection of the Globo.

As long as we have the 80s channel playing, there will never be awful music at MPH.

I second that. Let’s hear it for hair band Fridays!
