Tabata Something Else
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first eight intervals are pull-ups, the second eight intervals are push-ups, the third eight intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last eight intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

This workout is scored by the total repetitions completed from all 32 intervals.

Compare results to January 6, 2010.

    Interesting marathoning article in the NY Times today. Seems quite relevant to the Crossfit MPH ethos and a very MPH like performance in the NYC Marathon by Derartu Tulu.

      i read “born to run” a few months ago and highly recommend it! it’s a quick read and very entertaining. i’d offer to lend out my copy but it’s on my kindle.

    I think the 127 should be replaced by a frowny face. I lost track of my count when doing supermans. I couldn’t retain my total score while doing the mental 2 second hold. I know I had 49 pushups, around 80 situps (10 per round), so that is already 129. I averaged around 7 supermans each round, so at least 56. Haven’t a clue regarding pullups.
