This weekend, David O., and Meghan M., Christy P., and Dave R. compete in the Mid-Atlantic Hopper Challenge (Facebook page). Join us in Maryland to support our athletes, and good luck to all competitors!

With a continuously running clock, you have 12 minutes to complete five rounds of 3x jerk + 6x overhead squat + 12x back squat* @ 95/65-lbs. and then as many ring dips as possible.

*You may rest anywhere but on the floor, even to re-grip.

This workout is scored by the total ring dips completed.

    Dave – when there’s an MPH image hall of fame gallery, that picture has got to number one in the male athlete category. Good luck to you, Dave R, Christy and Meghan – I hope to make it up there in the afternoon.

    for time:

    wall ball @ 20/14-lbs. (10-foot target for men and women)
    hang power clean @ 95/65-lbs.

    Dave O. looks strong, Dave R. won his heat, and Christy and Meg went one-two overall.
