Two things:
1. StuLu: look, we love hearing from you (and it’s been too long, by the way) but we’d also like to see you…for a workout. We all know it’s hockey season again, we’re raising the Caps flag tomorrow, and we’re waiting. Don’t keep us waiting.
2. BK had a stroke of genius earlier, the “walk of shame” (noun, wawk ov sheym): coming in for an early morning workout after surviving a workout the evening before. Outstanding work, B.
