then, three rounds; rest amply between rounds:
5x max height box jump
max single-leg squat, right @ 25-lbs.
5x max height box jump
max single-leg squat, left @ 25-lbs.

This workout is scored by both the highest box jump completed, in inches and the total single-leg squats completed per leg from all three rounds.

    That picture looks pretty cool, however the form doesn’t look quite right. That landing looks particularly painful for the person participating in that picture.

    on the way home I realized that my sequence of push presses was 65-75-85-95-115-115-115. I dunno how I missed the 105. My arithmetic betrayed me. Sorry.
