      I’m sorry I’m missing this WOD- it looks fun. Unfortunately, I’ll be sitting in first class seat 2A, on my way to Punta Cana…It’s a hard life.

      I’d like to add an asterisk next to my time for the row/DU WOD for a wardrobe malfunction. Mental note: do not wear those shorts again for WODs with DUs…

    Crossfit Albuquerque:

    AMREP at each station x2 for three mins
    Row to calories- 37, 38
    Sit ups- 73, 69
    Thursters 35lbs- 59, 60
    Rest 2 mins between each round
