Mostly proud of staying on my feet at the end. Everyone else dropped like flies. It didn’t even look comfortable or restful. I resisted the urge to scream “POSITION OF WEAKNESS!”
I encountered the same thing at both the crossfits I went to in Albuquerque. Literally everyone in the class was either sitting down or just flopped on the ground as soon as the workout was finished. And at least once I know I worked out with one of the coaches…
