    BK, first set of pullups – blue, the rest green. Otherwise I think I would have finished with the 8AM group.

    Greetings from CrossFit Sarasota! I’m going to reserve my review until the end of the week (and work up the nerve/creativity to even come close to a StuLu review).

    Mostly proud of staying on my feet at the end. Everyone else dropped like flies. It didn’t even look comfortable or restful. I resisted the urge to scream “POSITION OF WEAKNESS!”

      I encountered the same thing at both the crossfits I went to in Albuquerque. Literally everyone in the class was either sitting down or just flopped on the ground as soon as the workout was finished. And at least once I know I worked out with one of the coaches…

    Anybody want some free shoes? They’re men’s puma, size 12. They’re new, I just never got around to returning them after then didn’t fit Sean. They are like the ones in the link, but dark gray with green accents. Let me know 🙂 ~ Jen

    john, thanks for changing the music this morning in the 6am class… turning up some good intense angry shit really helped the workout get some personality.
