Thanksgiving Weekend – November 25 – 28, 2010

***Important Announcement***
MPH will be closed from Thursday, November 25 through Sunday, November 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume a normal workout schedule on Monday, November 29.

Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Rest—for the next four days. Give your bodies a sufficient chance to recover, take care of your hands and really enjoy this time with friends and family.

I’m thankful for MPH. I have so much fun seeing you all everyday (give or take) and I love seeing the results of my efforts, and yours. Happy Thanksgiving to all, and see you next week.

I don’t know how to even begin to thank you John, Melody and BK for all you have done for me both in and out of the gym. Just know that I count you and all my fellow athletes among the many blessing in my life.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Coaches, thank you for everything that you do. It’s been an amazing year since I discovered Crossfit, and since I first walked in those storied doors at MPH. You guys have changed my life for the better, which is something very rare and special.

Thank you wholeheartedly, and I hope that this vacation break is restful and restorative.

    See you next week.

    Hey gang,

What are the shoes John recommends for general use WODs, life, etc? Is it the Inov-8 195?

    Hope all are enjoying the holiday. Thanksgiving Day make-up of 5×10 OHS: 75, 95, 95, 95, 95.

Highlight, though, was getting younger brother to successfully kip into a pull-up, twice.
