***Important Announcement***
Today and Saturday, we will hold 30-minute information sessions to announce our Running Team, and our Barbell: Weightlifting and Powerlifting Team, which will launch the week of January 3, 2011. If you would like to learn more about these new programs, register in MINDBODY for one of the following Team Briefings:

  • Thursday, December 2: 7a and 7p
  • Saturday, December 4: 11a

150x pushup
+ box jump debt*

*You must remain in the plank position between repetitions—do no rest on the ground or with your hips elevated.  Every time the  plank position is broken, you must immediately complete 10x box jump, 24″ platform.

    On an unrelated note, I just had my first paleo T-giving with friends. Now, my friends are not paleo but they were for this day, as I imposed my will upon them.
    This was also the first turkey day that I did not slip into a pants-unbuttoned-crashed-out-on-the-couch-wake-up-with-a-puddle-of-drool-on-your-chest-three-hours-later food coma.
    I wonder if it had anything to do with the quality of food we had?
    And trust me, I went AMRAP on the helpings.

    Anybody else experience this?
