If you would like to learn more about these new programs, register in MINDBODY for one of the following Team Briefings:

- Saturday, December 4: 11a

On an unrelated note, I just had my first paleo T-giving with friends. Now, my friends are not paleo but they were for this day, as I imposed my will upon them.
This was also the first turkey day that I did not slip into a pants-unbuttoned-crashed-out-on-the-couch-wake-up-with-a-puddle-of-drool-on-your-chest-three-hours-later food coma.
I wonder if it had anything to do with the quality of food we had?
And trust me, I went AMRAP on the helpings.
Anybody else experience this?
