The standard for this workout is ground-to-overhead in two movements. The clean begins at the ground and may be caught in any position—power or squat. Any overhead press or jerk variation is acceptable.

    the other day, somebody called me a health nut. i am not sure how to take this!
    at one time, i may have considered this a compliment. now, i find it almost insulting. (?)
    to me, what we do is normal: eat paleo and do the wod! and everybody else is nuts. well maybe not nuts- they might be misled or just plain wrong.
    i think its sad that what we do is considered crazy by some folks. well, i think its crazy to NOT do what we do.
    does that just mean i have just ODed on the koolaid so bad that i really AM nuts?
