    7 pull-ups
    14 wallballs
    21 double unders


    Very slow on the wallballs – need to use my legs fully and get to the point where I am stringing them together continuously. Also probably ready to try stringing together double unders rather than going every other.

    I don’t know how many of you video game nerds (ok, I know a few of you are), but if you have an xbox 360, you should ask for a Kinect this holiday season. I played one this weekend and let’s just say I was out of breath, sore and ok, maybe a little intoxicated, by the end of the night. You have to jump, dodge, run in place, squat, and, if you dare, dance to the beat of the rhythm of the night in a way that’s fun and challenging. There’s got to be a crossfit game in here somewhere. The computer can call misses when you do burpees wrong, tell you to go deeper in your squat, punish you for a position of weakness … and all to your favorite hair band soundtrack. John, I think you should contact a video game developer, pronto.
