    Thank you to the 7am crew for waiting patiently for me to finish and for the support, esp LB for doing the last round. Definitely bit off more than I could chew or, uh, keep down. Unrelated good news, tonight’s my last final exam ever!

    my arms are DEAD from this morning. john kept saying “quality movements” in the lead up to the workout, and i decided to focus on that above speed or trying to go as fast as “everyone else”. and even though john did catch me on a crappy pull up, i feel like although i did go slower i worked my muscles a lot better… and differently.

    hmm, i guess really it’s about learning how to combine those two… baby steps…

    It’s been over three years since I’ve tasted the sweet goodness of any candy (Yes, I keep track of these things). I don’t remember my time, but it was probably around 60 seconds. That snickers bar didn’t stand a chance. Total domination.
