my arms are DEAD from this morning. john kept saying “quality movements” in the lead up to the workout, and i decided to focus on that above speed or trying to go as fast as “everyone else”. and even though john did catch me on a crappy pull up, i feel like although i did go slower i worked my muscles a lot better… and differently.
hmm, i guess really it’s about learning how to combine those two… baby steps…

It’s been over three years since I’ve tasted the sweet goodness of any candy (Yes, I keep track of these things). I don’t remember my time, but it was probably around 60 seconds. That snickers bar didn’t stand a chance. Total domination.
