I did this WOD on Saturday morning, rather than on Friday. I had the gym to myself until the last round, when some lady came in and blatantly stared at me while she was warming up her ankles in preparation for her slow walk on the treadmill. Made me very self-conscious during my already-not-awesome DUs. I’m really going to have to get over that.
The gym has one of those all-in-one machines for shoulders/back, and I thought I could do pull ups on it, but alas, it was to thick to hold to (I’ve got to stop setting myself up like this…). I may keep trying to do pull ups on it, just to see.
