    I have an extra ticket to Thursday’s Caps-Penguins game. 400-level. My friend is selling it for face value — $95. which is a steal considering they are going for double that on the resale market.

    On that note, time to set the parameters for Thursday’s burpee challenge. Should the caps win, Pens fans at mph have agreed to do 100 burpees — in an Ovechkin shirt– and vice versa for Caps fans (in a Crosby shirt). The burpees would be done on Jan. 3rd, post-WOD.

    Stu Lu, will you finally make it back to MPH to see Meg do 100 burpees in an Alex Ovechkin shirt?

      In for the burpee challenge. Since we’ll have to wait until January 3rd anyway, I propose providing the losers of the December 23rd game the option of going double or nothing on the Winter Classic. A little home and away.

          Given my (perhaps misguided) optimism, I assumed it wouldn’t be us. Not with Bruce Effin Boudreau steering the ship. I mean, when was the last time we lost more than … oh, yeah, effbomb.

    30s cumulative canoe hold (lying on your back, arms overhead and legs out with back flat against the floor, no arch)
