    After the 8am WOD, I’m hurting in all the right ways. Many thanks to Mel for all her corrections that finally got me deadlifting acceptably! And to Ivy, Jeff and Ralph for being so friendly/helpful!

    OTB WOD
    13:47 (sub 50-lb dbs for DL, as they’re they heaviest thing I have to lift)

    Even with what is a light weight for me on the DLs, the suitcase DLs were challenging, especially later in the workout. It was surprising how different that movement felt than regular DLs. Also, burpees continue to slow me down in a rather embarrassing way. At least I was alone in the gym for this one, so no audience.
