    Crossfit We Have a Barbell! (But just one.):
    squat clean

    A) the new barbell in the 1/3-renovated gym really made my day;
    B) loading a bar with kg plates is confusing- I definitely started too light, then jumped too heavy, and it effed everything up;
    C) I should not have done this right after playing in my first ever touch rugby game. Although, I think touch rugby just might be my sport, and only in part because of all the touching.
