Thanks for posting, Rob. I can’t decide if the article is positive on CF, negative on CF, or neutral. Either I have lost all analytical reasoning skills, or the author is quite crafty.
I was surprised to learn that Crossfit is “quite popular among prison inmates.” I will have to ask some of my clients if they have heard of it.
