    Gang,

    Check out Christy’s latest video on the main site today (http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/CrossFit_25lbPullUpsMaxReps.mov).

    She has the best range of motion on there, straight through the eighth and final rep, and got a “nice height” out of Dave Castro.

    CrossFit Over It:
    The hotel gym was in total chaos tonight, with half the equipment moved out as part of the renovation and a line for the treadmills and too many people and .. I just couldn’t. Instead, I came back to the room and did my own little WOD:

    5 rounds
    max ring bodyrows
    45 sec. handstand

    I did 93 bodyrows.
    Then I played touch rugby for 1.5 hours, and I am now no longer as irritated as I was when I first walked into the gym at 6:30.

    Awesome, Christy! All your pullups were MPH pullups, I noticed – I think some of the guys’ would have gotten a “miss” from Mel 🙂
